NPPS has always adhered to the strictest guidelines regarding physician privacy.  We believe that no personal identifying information should ever be shared without specific prior consent from a physician or practice.   NPPS' s business is assisting in the communication between physicians and practice opportunities throughout the United States.

You may not be aware of how valuable your information is to many list houses who sell and resell your personal background to anyone willing to purchase it.  Your "Willing to Relocate" information could go to hundreds of companies and recruiters who will bombard you with their products or services.

You also may not be aware that many recruiters regularly "farm out" a physician's CV to every contact they have in their database without prior consent or even knowledge of the physician. This makes it very difficult for you to attain the best practices available or to maintain your privacy.  If you are a resident, the concern is great.  But if you are a practicing physician who is not ready to announce your possible relocation, the damage can be incalculable.  Before you submit any of your personal information to any job sites, tell them you want their assurance that your name and personal information will not be sold or disseminated.

	NPPS will never sell names of physicians/practices to anyone.
	NPPS will never reveal personal information about a physician/practice without prior consent.
	NPPS enforces a strict ZERO SPAM policy.
