1.  CONTINGENT FEE AGREEMENT -

Our standard contingent fees are payable ONLY when and if you hire one of our referred candidates. Our standard fees start at 30% of the first year income. Standard terms are for full payment due upon hire.

The NPPS system offers the option of a flat-rate or combination price plan, providing more flexibility to cover more openings. It also saves you money when you make higher offers to candidates (because of geography. the merits of the individual, competition, etc). The following example flat-rate fees are based upon industry average incomes for those positions. i.e.,

    bulletHeadquarters Staff and Regional Managers - Preset %
    bulletGM/Branch Managers - Flat Fee of $15K
    bulletService/Parts Managers - Flat Fee of $10K
    bulletAll other branch Salaried Positions: - Flat Fee of $5K
    bulletBranch Hourly Positions - Flat Fee of $2500

As an alternative incentive, we could chang the payment terms from all due upon hire to a prorated fee over 5-6 months for high turnover positions. For example, since mechanics are notoriously high turnover, you might want to pay a monthly stipend rather than one whole fee.

Finally, NPPS will always negotiate reducing the % rate, flat fees and payment terms in exchange for some type of volume guarantee or exclusive recruiting commitment from your organization.

2.  T3 RECRUITING PACKAGE

The NPPS system combines an advertising program with recruiting assistance.  Along with these reduced recruiting fee rates we recommend a discounted prepaid annual advertising package of 1 rate-saver ad per Branch/Dealer on the TractorTrailerTroy.com (T3) web site. These ads run year round, editable by you at any time, with respondents going directly to the Branches. This is an excellent, affordable way to help keep a modest but useful flow of the most often needed candidates going to each Branch year round. Our standard T3 ad pricing is a very reasonable and affordable $50 per ad, with volume discounts of up to 20%. The NPPS program can cut that price considerably.

3.  SCREENING AND BACK-UP SERVICE -

Branches/Dealers etc are not good recruiters. They get wrapped up in the resumes or miss the really good candidates because they are overlooked or never seen. Besides, their time is simply better spent on sales and management, not screening resumes. 

 If you need to hire somewhere, your people will be running want ads. In local print media. On the internet, etc. We cannot change that. We just want to help you make them work better, smarter. And for very little real cost. The NPPS screening program gives your people a real, live industry trained recruiter to review, screen and pre-qualify the responses to your want ads. We can automate the process, eliminate the "Monster mess", create follow-ups, and prioritize your good candidates.

As professional recruiters, we assure you that your field managers are wasting much more than this small fee by a combination of reading through minutia and stacks of resumes, and even more expensively by missing good candidates who merited priority follow-up.  With the NPPS system, this will never happen again. 

When a Branch/Dealer has an opening it needs filled ASAP, we recommend the following procedure:

    bulletEach Branch gets their budget/recruiting plan authorized by your office.
    bulletThey place their own want-ads (print and internet) as their plan dictates, but have all respondents directed to NPPS.
    bulletNPPS will screen, sort, qualify and forward on the appropriate responses for a Flat Fee per position.
    bulletNPPS will run a free ad especially for this opening on T3.com to help secure more free candidates.
    bulletNPPS will screen its own candidate database and/or directly recruit for the position, providing additional candidates under the contingent flat fee structure listed above. (This service optional at the Branch's request).

With this type of plan your people will have the best of all worlds. You have input and control of their recruiting budget/plan, avoid the "Monster" type messes, and create a back-up plan all at one time. If you hire a candidate who answers an ad for that job, they were a very cost effective hire. If more recruiting is necessary, you have a head start with very affordable rates.

This is an especially valuable program to offer to an independent dealer/franchise, etc. type of network. 

YOU get the credit for providing a coordinated, proven recruiting package for them to use AT THEIR DISCRETION, and yet they still get the discounted buying power of a large national organization. They could never get this type of recruiting support and pricing on their own.
